Refund policy
We have a 48-hour 'return' policy, which means you have 2 business days after receiving your OHBOX subscription to inform us of any issues with your production. You can contact us at hello@myohbox.com.Â
Our goal is to ensure every OHBOX production meets our exacting quality standards and is developed using exactly the information you provide us when setting up your OHBOX subscription plan.
Please note that any issues related to your OHBOX production that have been caused because of a change to your business information not shared with OHBOX can be addressed for a fee of $15. Payment of the fee will result in a re-recording of your production with the updated information.
Refunds
OHBOX does not provide refunds for any productions but will instead offer a re-recording for a fee of $15 if there is an issue identified with the production as detailed above.
