That’s a great question and you don’t have to figure it out alone! Our professional script writers will be in touch by email to walk you through our simple process, by the end of which you’ll be excited to upload your custom greetings to your phone system.

We will provide your business audio in the format you require. If you normally record your own messages simply pull out your manual for your system and log into your phone portal as normal. The audio file we send you can be uploaded directly into your portal. Job done!

If a member of your I.T. team typically handles your phone messaging, simply forward our audio file to them for upload or make sure you put their direct email address when prompted by our intake form and we'll make sure it goes straight to them!

Similarly, if you have a hosted system, you can forward our audio file to your provider and have them upload it into your system.

We are a professional production house, and do not sell equipment.

You can check your phone bill, manual or take a look look at the master phone set that controls your calls (most likely the one that sits in your reception area). If you have a hosted platform, they can help you with this information.

Yes. You would simply need to subscribe to a phone provider app that offers a messaging feature. Ask us about our favourite app!

We provide discounted rates for multiple locations which includes information tailored for each location (address, etc.).

All royalties and related fees are included with the OHBOX subscription plan price.

We do not provide or ship any physical media but will format your audio for easy digital transfer.

If the professional phone greeting is the same at each location, there are no extra fees for different formats, or reformatting your production should you change platforms.

We do not provide upload services.
